  • Year End Functions FROM R325 Per Person (Min 60 Guests)

We can accommodate between:  30-100 guests with a dance floor and up to 120 guests Banquet.

The all-inclusive package will consist of the following.

  • Venue Hire
  • Venue Set-up and breakdown (Tables, Chairs, Linen, Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware)
  • 3 Course Plated or Buffet from our “build your own” selection menu


Ceremony Setup (All Inclusive @ R 1450)

  • 1 x White OR Red Carpet
  • 1 x Bridal Arch OR Gazebo
  • 4 x White Parasol Umbrellas including bases (Also to be used during pre-drinks)
  • 1 x Podium for Minister (Also to be used during reception speeches)

Pre-Drinks Setup (All Inclusive @ R 2150)

  • 4 x High Cocktail Tables
  • 2 x White Umbrella / Parasols
  • 2 x Sets (6) White Leather Ottomans and 2 x white Coffee Tables
  • Welcoming drinks Table Setup – Jam Jars, Bashew Bottles, On tap dispensers for juice or cocktails

Reception Setup

  • Sound and Lighting equipment including a microphone @ R 1 050.00 (Own music to be supplied on a laptop)
  • White / Clear Tiffany Chairs including white pillow @ R26 per chair and R600 delivery & Collection
  • White / Black Chair Covers @ R12.00 each
Kindly note – The required Waiter and Bar staff will be billed per hour for your account according to our discretion based on the duration of your function and times laid out in our terms and conditions within.

We have an onsite coordinator that will ensure your event runs smoothly and who will look after all the responsibilities from a venue and management perspective.
